Blackleads
Blackleads is a youth-led, non-profit organization that strives to activate leadership qualities in young persons who do not have the opportunity to equip themselves with the core values and soft skills that are required to compete in today’s global landscape.
At Blackleads, we believe everyone, no matter who you are, or where you're from can and deserves to be given the opportunity to become a leader - a guiding star for everyone around them. This belief is the very foundation of everything we do and it had to be portrayed in the visual identity.

Brand Colours
The brand’s core color - Green, is inspired by growth and positivity. We believe in a brighter future and we want our colors to reflect this. These colors are also popularly found in high schools and the shades were intentionally chosen because of the peculiar ability of any two colors to complement each other.

As a secondary means of generating funds, Blackleads decided to design and print merch we could sell to those who wished to contribute to the brand’s growth.
I was assigned to design cool merch that could be worn proudly by its owners on almost any occasion.
